Keir Starmer, UK Prime Minister, stood firm against the rioters in Southport, emphasizing that legal consequences will be strictly enforced. In response to the turmoil that unfolded, Starmer made it clear that those responsible for the violence will face the full force of the law.

Far-right protesters unleashed chaos in Southport, pelting police with glass bottles and bricks and attacking a mosque following a tragic knife attack that claimed the lives of three children.

Expressing his dismay over the violent turn of events, Keir Starmer stated that the rioters had hijacked the vigil for the victims with their acts of violence and thuggery.

In the wake of the violent clashes, Assistant Chief Constable Alex Goss appealed to the public for information and video footage to identify and apprehend the culprits responsible for the riots.

As the night descended into chaos, smaller groups dispersed throughout the streets, setting fires and causing further destruction.
