A 13-year-old Kenyan boy identified as Amani who currently lives in the United States presented US first lady, Melania Trump with lovely Valentine’s day gift during the time she visited Children’s Inn in Maryland.

Children’s Inn located in Bestheda, Maryland is a nonprofit home for children and families involving in pediatric research at National Institutes of Health ( NIH ).

First lady paid a visit to the children on the lover’s day

The Kenyan boy presented Mrs Trump with a hand-made necklace marked with words like ‘’hope’’ and ‘’faith’’, the terms he uses to pass through his treatment.

Meet Amani. He is 13 yrs old & just completed his first treatment today. He gave @FLOTUS a necklace inscribed w/ “Faith” & “Hope” – two words he keeps close during treatments. Amani, 13, is suffering from a disease called ‘’Sickle cell’’ and his 8-year-old sister is ready to donate her marrow to him as he’s preparing for a transplant.
