According to the singer, he now hates NRM because his association with them did not yield any benefits.
On the contrary, he incurred significant losses during that time. That single decision had proved to be a nightmare as the losses continue to haunt him to this day.
“No one can convince me to go back to NRM. I can’t risk going through that hell again. NRM is like a fire. I suffered significant losses while I was with them, and I regret them to this day,” he revealed.
The singer made this candid revelation during an interview on a local television channel while discussing his upcoming concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval. This concert is scheduled for September 15th this year.
It should be noted that Cindy Sanyu and Sheebah Karungi are also organizing concerts on the same date as King Michael. King Michael isn’t happy about it because he had also chosen that same date for his concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
He said the reason Sheebah was doing that is because he talked badly about the Federation which she is a deputy president of.
King Michael being in the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) led by Cindy Sanyu, thought she would sympathize with him. Unfortunately, she also organized another concert on the same date as his. That left the singer very disappointed and confused.
In his recent interview, the singer said he couldn’t believe Cindy who he believes in as a leader would betray him. He also said he learned that Cindy and Sheebah were just playing games on Ugandans.
