According to Albertine region police spokesperson Hakiza Julius, Brenda disappeared from their home in Kagadi District on Saturday last week.

The police spokesperson took the case further and mentioned that the girl’s father identified as Kazigani Sulaiman, received calls from unknown people claiming to have kidnapped his daughter not knowing that it was a set up by his own daughter.

Using Brenda’s smart phone, the alleged kidnappers demanded a ransom of Shs300,000 from Mr Sulaiman, while threatening to kill her daughter if he fails to send money immediately.

This forced Mr Sulaiman to report the case to a nearby police station in Kagadi, and surprisingly, some residents finally spotted Brenda on a bodaboda in Kagadi town on Eid day. After being spotted, the residents alerted police immediately and she She fell in a trap.

Though this KIU babe is still denying to have kidnapped herself, she’s still suspected to have been working with the thugs.
