However, Ugandan musicians have become more interested in politics than never before, whereby many of them are willing to enter Parliament in 2021. Among them include Khalifah Aganaga who contested for MP Rubaga South, Victor Kamenyo for Rubaga North and Lil Pazo who has just confirmed for Kooki County.

As we all know that Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine for the first time became Kyadondo East MP surprising easily, this has inspired many of his fellow artistes, to also try their lack.

The “Genda Ogule Emotooka” singer Lil Pazo has always been a good supporter of People Power movement, which is led by Robert Kyagulanyi.

THIS IS WHAT LIL PAZO POSTED A FEW MINUTES BACK

Rakai is a ugandan district which joins to Tanzania via mutkula. Even thou I was born in jongoza kalisizo greater masaka[buddu], MA mum divorced with ma father and I was raised in kooki by my mother which is a kingdom led by Kamuswaaga under buganda kingdom. kooki Comprises of hardworking people through farming and trading And this region is full of many wealth things like Lake kijanabalora From which people get many fish. Tourists attractions like Bigo byamugenyi and many that I have not mentioned. I got a chance to see many leaders that have been ruling and I’m still following them til now from my childhood. Last year 2017 I went back to see how my region was developing after along time but I was so sad Because I thought I was to find it developed after a very long time Bt it was the opposite. Imagine at the district headquarters last year I happened to get visitors from America and we tried to look for nice hotels where they could rest from unfortunately we failed to get a nice one in our region but we were forced to sleep in kyotera which was now turned into a district which was our best town we had dreams in and that means all development is goin to be done in kyotera leaving Rakai town undeveloped without even a hotel you can rest from. Leaving that side, the roads are very bad, we drink same water with animals, no care given to the youths, and the old people but the problem comes from our leaders. I have traveled in many different regions and met different people made different friends and learned a lot through my music. I have decided ladies and gentlemen of kooki to request a chance to represent you in the parliament so that all our reasons of kooki reach the parliament trust me and work on all reasons that I have mentioned above. #Kooki empya
