Lupita Nyong’o Speaks About Her Break Up With Boyfriend

Renown Hollywood actress Lupita Nyongo has spoken about her break up with her South African boyfriend. She thanked fans for standing with her and sending her lovely messages as she went through a hard moment in her life.

Lupita and her boyfriend Selema Masekela have been dating for a year. The two decided to call it quits over last weekend.

Like any other celebrity couple, their breakup became very public. Fans were so quick to console and comfort Lupita Nyongo.

According to the Black Panther actress, she was very happy with the kindness people showed her when she revealed the breakup news.

“Thank you for all the kindness I have received from sharing my heartbreak news,” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

Lupita Nyong’o added on that the words that were sent to her from fans definitely meant more than she anticipated.

“The words of encouragement mean more to me than I anticipated. They are a balm.”

The talented actress said it feels so good to have a corner on social media where the romantically heartbroken people can gather.

“And it feels comforting to have a little corner online for the romantically heartbroken to gather,”

It should be noted that at 40 years, Lupita doesn’t have any children and neither is she in a serious relationship at the moment.
