Man Who Plays The Lottery To Help Schools Wins For Sixth Time

An Idaho father is proving just how lucky he is after he won the lottery for the sixth time in his life.

The Idaho Lottery announced on Thursday through a press release that Bryan Moss claimed the first $250,000 jackpot.

The exciting moment marked the sixth time in his life that Moss won a large prize from the state lottery. The press release stated that Thursday became Moss’ first time to win a top prize. That is also his largest jackpot ever.

‘’This is a remarkable run of good luck for Mr. Moss. While he has had success winning, he also understands that playing wisely benefits our local business as well as Idaho public schools and buildings’’. David Workman, the Idaho Lottery Spokesperson said.

Just like Workman said, Moss has played frequently because he is aware of the benefits it has to the schools in his state.

Since 1990, the annual lottery dividend has benefited Idaho Public Schools and the Permanent Building Fund. This supports state-operated facilities like colleges and universities according to Idaho’s website. Between 1990 and 2019, the lottery has given out $961.5 million in total dividends.

Moss told the officials he plans on using his new winnings to pay for his daughter’s future education.
