Martha Kay Opens Up About Her Insecurities With Huge Legs

Radio presenter and content creator Martha Kay has opened up about her insecurities with big legs. She said she struggled with that for many years until recently when she decided to overcome it and live her life.

The radio lady said the ginormous legs are from her father’s line of the family. The sisters to her father also have them.

According to her, she usually dressed badly, especially in very long dresses that covered most parts of her body. She said she got negative comments from her friends at University who told her that she may never find the love of her life because of her looks.

Fortunately, she recovered from the trauma and she is now living the best of her life.

“These ginormous legs from my father’s sisters gave me such insecurity that I never wore anything short- ever! In fact, I used to dress so badly in a bid to hide some body parts that my friend at uni said, “The man you end up with will love you for your heart because your looks are terrible.” I froze. Anyway, with a lot of self-affirmation and awareness, I recovered. Today, I think I have like 5 long dresses,” she posted.

She also went ahead to tell young girls with the same problem to embrace it and be happy because they are beautiful.

“Dear beautiful young girl, whatever body part it is you’re ashamed of, remember that it’s uniquely yours and it’s just perfect for you. God designed you that way, and it’s okay 😘embrace it! Enjoy it!❤️,”
