Masaka Woman MP Sides With Mpuuga, Attacks Bobi Wine

The Masaka Woman MP, Hon Juliet Nakakande has launched an attack on the party president, Hon Robert Kyagulanyi  Sssentamu alias Bobi Wine. According to Hon Nakakande, they will not allow themselves to be led by a drug addict and pro-LGBTQ activist.

Speaking to a handful of people and flanked by Hon Mathias Mpuuga, the female MP said that they only have one common enemy. And this is President Museveni.

However, they don’t seem like they are on track to dislodge him from power.  She urged people to open their eyes and be sharp when choosing their leaders. Otherwise, they will keep on getting misled by everyone who rises to leadership.

“Erratic decision-making by leaders is often the result of a lack of clear goals or objectives. In choosing derogatory terms to incite people against crucial cultural & religious institutions, leaders drew a red line. Disgusting support for LGBTQ+ & suppressing dissent turned leader toxic from smoking marijuana. This is something that we won’t allow,” Masaka Woman MP said.

This followed an attack by Hon Abed Bwanika on Bobi Wine and the party deputy spokesperson, Hon Waisswa Mufumbiro at a burial in Masaka.

Bwanika told the former MP to reign in on his supporters whom he sent to insult them. He also told Bobi Wine to stop his campaigns of tainting leaders.

When Bobi Wine rose to speak, he said that he had no problem with Mpuuga and even forgave him. However, from the Nyendo Mukungwe MP’s body language, he disagreed with his boss’ take.

Meanwhile, Mpuuga assured his people that very soon he is going to announce his next move. He also took a swipe at Bobi Wine saying that he doesn’t use toxic substances.

It should be noted that Mpuuga and three other NRM MPs gave themselves tax payers money. This was disguised as service awards to parliamentary commissioners.

Consequently, this marked the beginning of his trouble as NUP removed him from the commissioner position and also removed him as party vice president for Buganda.
