MC Kats Cries Out To President Museveni About Promised Phone Call

TV personality Edwin Katamba aka MC Kats has cried out to President Museveni about a promised phone call. It should be noted that Kats previously met the President at Kololo Independence Grounds during World Aids Day.

According to the NBS TV personality, it’s been four years since the President promised him a call. Kats went ahead to say that he’s still awaiting this call since his number was written down.

“This Pic was taken when Muzeyi Papa @Plaid_Museveni @KagutaMuseveni @StateHouseUg promised to meet me. Naye Mamaa, it’s 4 years now am waiting on that call coz my number was written down,” he tweeted.

However, his followers told him to calm down because 4 years apparently is a short time. They reminded the former NTV employee that there are even those who have been waiting since 1986.

“The list of those waiting is long. Some have been waiting since 1986. Four years is a short time. Keep the faith, keep waiting. The call will come,” one user told him.

“Olaba those luwero war veterans are still waiting on that call… Even big fish Assburg Cattle ne munne Ray bakyalinze. Kaserin Kusasira is crying… Oolwo gwe Kats waffe? Were you an MC at his wedding or inauguration?” another questioned.

Apparently, all his cries stem from the money received by the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) under Eddy Kenzo.

It seems he expected to get a portion of it but he hasn’t been permitted to. This has in turn forced him to turn on the Big Talent boss with loads of accusations.
