Miles Rwamiti Plots To Unseat Hon Joel Ssenyonyi From Nakawa West Parliamentary Seat

Veteran media personality Miles Rwamiti has officially expressed his interest in unseating the MP of Nakawa West, Hon Joel Ssenyonyi. Speaking to a local TV station, Rwamiti said that it’s official and he believes that he’s the perfect fit for the job.

He has already done the posters expressing his interest in giving Ssenyonyi a run for his money. The former Bukedde TV presenter said that he won’t come under any party.

This is because all he cares about is service delivery and not dividing people. He believes that when politics enter into leadership, then nothing can be done to benefit the people.

Additionally, Rwamiti said that Kampala has a lot of things that need to be fixed such as roads. And without a flinch of a doubt, he believes he is the man.

He further said that he has lived all his life in Nakawa. He got married and had kids while living in Nakawa. Therefore, he knows each and every detail needed to fix the constituent.

On top of that, most of the Opposition MPs who should be at the forefront of fighting corruption have proved to be the most corrupt according to him.

“It’s no secret that I’m interested in running for the Nakawa West parliamentary seat. I believe I’m the right man for the job because I have lived all my entire life there. I married and got kids from there so basically I’m one of the people. Besides, the area has a lot of problems such as poor roads that need to be fixed. I won’t be coming under any party because all I care about is service delivery,” he said.

However, he won’t find it easy unseating the current MP who is also the leader of opposition and speaker of the NUP.
