Mixed Reactions As Uganda’s Covid-19 Cases Rises To 1,043, Recoveries 1,004

Uganda has today confirmed three Covid-19 cases, bringing the total to 1043. Two of the cases are cargo truck drivers whilst one is from the alerts tested on Tuesday. The total number of recoveries has risen to 1,004, and no Covid-19 related death has been recorded yet, according to the statement released by ministry of health this afternoon.

Nineteen foreign cargo truck drivers ( fifteen Kenyans, two Tanzanians and two Congolese) who tested positive for coronavirus at the entry border points were denied entry into the country.

Ugandans have reacted on the above statistics

I really people who still follow these Covid 19 updates in Uganda , olaba even the Minister of Health Ruth Aceng yabivaako da and Joined politics,’Benny Gazige commented.

I guess schools, worship places, arcades, salons and boda bodas should warm up to resume operation,’Sekibengo Anthony commented.
