The hearing of Mowzey Radio’s murder case did not happen as it was expected to be this morning (19.03.2018).

The key suspect radio’s murder case troy wamala appeared in court though his lawyer was nowhere to be found.
Failure of the defense lawyer Ladislaus Kiiza Rwakafuzi to show up to the court, Troy was again not allowed to take plea.
According to Magistrate Kaitesi, wamala’s charges can only be heard by the High Court and therefore, the case was adjourned till on April 9th.
The key suspect Troy has been remanded back to kigo prison in Wakiso District until next month in April.
Troy was arrested early February in Kyengera, Wakiso District the month in which mowzey radio was killed.
