Apparently, Mr. Henrie asked another singer, Pallaso why they had elected Kenzo who barely has any academic papers to lead the federation.
When these words fell into the Semyekozo singer’s ears, he didn’t take them well. And it’s said that he and Henrie currently don’t see eye to eye.
However, the Mid Morning show presenter on the Kansanga-based radio station said that he doesn’t regret his words.
He was doing his job, acting professionally and he would still ask the same question if it was Kenzo he was interviewing. According to him, being friends with someone doesn’t mean you give them an easy pass.
“I asked Pallaso respectfully why they had chosen Kenzo who lacks the right academic papers to lead them. Before even finishing the question, I knew that Kenzo would feel offended if he heard my remarks. But that’s my job that I was doing and I was in my professional right. If I don’t and excuse him, then I’m failing in my career. And facts are facts, they can’t be changed,” he said.
Besides, he’s not the only and first person to raise this issue. As soon as news of the federation formation came out back in May, questions started arising.
Among these was why the BET award winner was the leader of this federation despite his wanting academic qualifications.
However, his fellow singers who believe in him said that they had been failed by the so-called graduates. They, therefore, decided to try things their own way.
