Mubarak Munyagwa Blasts Catherine Kusasira

Former Kawempe South MP Hon Mubarak Munyagwa has blasted singer Catherine Kusasira. This is after the Golden Band singer alongside Buchaman came out to express their dissatisfaction with the NRM.

The two were named by President Museveni 2 years ago as presidential advisors. However, they contend that they haven’t benefited from the NRM.

In fact, for Buchaman, he’s ready to head back to Firebase and reunite with Bobi Wine if the NUP boss reaches out to him.

According to Munyagwa, he doesn’t know what prompted Kusasira to join the NRM. This is because she was commercially successful and her career was doing okay.

However ever since she joined Museveni, she’s been on a rampage of embarrassing herself constantly. He cited how she was some time in the news crying about how a bank is about to confiscate her home.

Another time, she was chased from President Museveni’s audience while delivering her woes. Munyagwa wondered what Kusasira thought she could advise the president about.

“Why did Kusasira join the NRM when her career was doing well? She was good commercially before all this politics. However, since joining the government, she’s continuously embarrassed herself. What did she think she was going to advise Museveni about?,” wondered Munyagwa.

The former MP said that he can excuse Buchaman because he looks to be genuine. And despite also being named a presidential advisor, he hasn’t been throwing tantrums.

Munyagwa added that Bobi Wine should reach out and call Buchaman for the two to reconcile.
