Museveni Is Either A Very Big Schemer Or Coward – Hon. Medard Ssegona

Busiiro East MP, Medard Ssegona, has said President Museveni is either the biggest schemer or coward because of the way he does his things. Sseggona says Museveni is always in the back seat as laws are being made in his favor.

“President Museveni is either a very big schemer or a coward. Coward in the sense that he doesn’t want to come out and openly say, this is about me; I want it. That is how NRM does its things. You remember when talks started about term limits? President Museveni was at the extreme end, saying people are expressing their feelings, but for me, I am not interested.”

However, after all was said and done, they discovered, they did all this for Museveni. Medard says though when it comes to their own programs, a lot of questions are asked. Even the simplest with no making bills and laws involved.

“For me, in Busiro, I can’t even organize a football tournament, and the police allows it? Why? Because there are suspicions, Kyagulanyi will come and attend. The police will tell you we would have allowed it, but we have received information that Kyagulanyi will come and attend.”

Meanwhile, some members of the public said everything has a deadline so this too will end. No matter how long it takes, they believe all things have a time limit.

“Whatever he does.. it has a deadline… coz time is catching up … The clock is ticking for him… Thats what is worrying him so much..we are watching..,” a one Imude Mbula said.
