At the age of 18 every girls’ dreams Is to be slender, flat stomach and a curvy body. They hate being overweight. This wasn’t the case for me as I weighed 94kgs which even made me look way older than my age. Some people even thought I was a mother yet I was only eighteen. This had got me bullied from primary school people giving me names like Kinonofanta, chubby mama etc which really lowered my self-esteem.

I tried working out, being active and even portioning my meals but I never lost any weight. Some people said it was in the genes but none of my family members was this fat or overweight.
