Singer King Michael has alleged that his life is in danger because of the Sheebah-Cindy battle. The singer was poised to have his concert celebrating 20 years in the industry at Lugogo Cricket Oval next month.
However, a few days ago he revealed that he had shifted this concert to the 17th of September at Lido Beach.
The singer now alleges that his life is in danger because of speaking about the two ladies’ battle. The Muko Muko singer said that since they took the date, they should leave him alone. Apparently, he’s already stressed and depressed enough.
King Michael further says that he’s been threatened a couple of times. And this is because Sheeba and Cindy is more than just a battle.
“I have faced a lot of resistance, this is more than a battle. I wrote to National Council of Sports seeking permission to use Cricket Oval last year September 2022, they responded to the letter in February, 2023 but only received it July 2023.My life hasn’t been the same since, I am scared for my life and have been threatened.”
“20 years of King Micheal, what am I supposed to tell my fans after a year of advertising. I have taken a lot of loans for this show to happen. All in all, they can take the date (September 15) and the venue, but at least let them spare my life. I am stressed and depressed,” he said.
Furthermore, the singer said that he wanted 15th September because it’s his birthday. And he would have wanted to cut cake with his fans. However, after meeting with his mother, she advised him to shift the date.
