Nambooze noted that she has been subjected to life threatening treatment by different security organs and that’s why her lawyers extended their notice purposely to sue the office of Attorney General.

Muyizi Samuel representing Nambooze’s  lawyers gave a notice of intention to sue to the registrar, and in the notice, Nambooze who traveled to India for further treatment gave government up to forty five days period intentionally, if they can sit and negotiate the terms of compensation or she follows civil proceedings.

It’s a wise thing to do if you notify other party before tax payers money is wasted by filing a lawsuit.

Nambooze wants the gov’t to compensate her!

She said that SFC and officers from police in the month of September throughout the amendment of age limit bill in parliament as well as in other different scenarios this very year caused her to life threatening torture and including psychological torture, physical damages and mental humiliation.

Yes it’s true these damages are not reparable, a backbone or Spinal-code  can’t be replaced, however, she thinks if some good amount is offered, it’s enough as compensation,’’according to the lawyer.

Just of recent when the police arrested her, the injuries she got before which were treated in India, were worsened once again.
