DP President Nobert Mao Commends Singer Jackie Chandiru For Wrestling Off Drug Addiction

The Democratic Party president Nobert Mao might be a man so invested in politics but he takes some time off to wander into other fields such as entertainment.

He took to his Twitter page to commend singer Jackie Chandiru for being able to wrestle off drug addiction.

The Agasi singer was one of the hottest singers in the early 2011’s. However, somewhere the singer fell into the abyss that has claimed a number of singers and jeopardized the career of others.

She almost lost her life to drug abuse and had to be taken into rehab a number of times.

Mao through his tweet said that Jackie has passed the test with flying colors of beating off the vice. The DP president also added that it was a joy to watch Chandiru back in high spirits.

“What a joy to witness the power of faith that has seen ⁦@jackie_chandiru restored fully. May God continue to bless her and keep her strong. Her recovery is a testimony. And there’s no testimony without a test. Jackie has passed the test with flying colours,” Mao tweeted.

The singer relapsed a number of times in her quest for sobriety but finally managed to beat off the urge to abuse drugs. She’s even made a number of cameo appearances on stage much to the joy of her fans.

Hopefully, she won’t relapse again.
