South Korean living just near the border have been told to take refuge at the evacuation centre. N. Korea has set a deadline of Saturday evening to make sure South Korea removes all the loudspeakers at the border, if not, this may result in to military action, but it seems Seoul is not scared and its willing to continue with the broadcasts.

Earlier this month, two South Korean soldiers were hit by land mines which Seoul said they were planted by North Korea and of which North later denied, this is why South Korea decided to put loudspeaker broadcasts in order to provoke them.
