Disagreements between landlord and Ndagire

These parents also went ahead to say that it was disagreements between the owner of the guest house and Ndagire that spiralled the matter.
The landlord wanted the rent paid fully and when Ndagire got into the process of looking for another house, the landlord informed police that she’s holding minors captive.
