Ugandan standup comedian Patrick Salvado Idringi has advised Ugandan men on where to get serious women for marriage in Kampala. The comedian even confirmed that this is where he found his wife Daphne Franckstock and he didn’t need to think twice.
It should be noted that several Ugandan men have been complaining about how it is to find a woman to marry these days. They say that most of these women are gold diggers and just after materialistic wealth.
However, according to the comedian, there are hangout spots where good women can be found in the country, especially for partygoers.
He said that anyone in search of a good woman should head to Kyadondo Rugby Grounds. Other hangout places he pointed out are Kings Park in Bweyogerere and Legends Bar. Another place he said would have been Rogue but it was recently closed.
Additionally, the comedian said that the ladies in these places are not expensive. They just drink plain beers which are affordable to many salary-earning men. They also do not consume the expensive drinks that scare most men from approaching them.

“Dear men, if you want a genuine woman, please go to any Rugby grounds. Kings Park Bweyos, Legends but especially Kyadondo .. you’ll find real women .. No whisky, No Belaire, No Champagne, No transport money … JUST BEER … Ate Nile, Castle Lite, Club or Guiness. The other place I could tell you is Rouge, but it closed… These are the places where I found and concluded on Daphne .. Mukubire Mukama engalo Ezamanyi,’ he said.
Coincidentally, several of his followers also agreed with him saying that he was 100 percent right. Some even attested to have gotten the women they are currently married to from there.
