Renowned photographer and visual artiste Karl Shakur is currently on a three-day visit to Uganda, where he aims to impart knowledge on visual storytelling and media innovation to the local creative community.

Through his social media platforms, Karl Shakur has been building anticipation for his upcoming masterclass scheduled for Wednesday at the Media Challenge Initiative in Uganda.

In addition to the masterclass, Shakur shared his personal motivation for the trip, expressing his intention to visit his mother while using the opportunity to connect with the vibrant creative scene in Uganda.

Based in Kansas, Karl Shakur is not only an adventure photographer but also a visual artist whose work has taken him around the world, capturing the essence and splendor of nature in its various forms.
