These criminals target traffic jam!
There has been several complaints from the public about these lawbreakers who always target traffic jam sessions to be able to snatch cell phones, women bags, wallets, laptops and many other valuables from passengers, drivers and pedestrians.
According to Kabugo, some criminals move in corridors with knives and other rough weapons targeting pedestrians. Criminals of that kind will be removed out of Kampala city through our day and night operations.
