Kayihura claimed that the attacks are from propagandists and urged the police force to learn on how to handle them.

Gen. Jeje Odong the Internal Affairs Minister replied to the police by telling them that instead of weeping over public attacks, they should check themselves first.

Jeje said: “Are the media reports about police true or false? Most times police itself creates its own mistakes.”

“Police’s image is diminishing at a great level which needs to be renovated,” jeje also said.

Still on police and its various problems, the IGP said that the force is strategizing on how to reduce the expenditure on utilities like electricity.

Kayihura said that solar panels will be introduced in different police stations to reduce their expenditure on electricity.

On food, the police boss said they should start growing their own food on the vast lands that the force has in different areas of the country to avoid the costs that go on food.
