The lady identified as Jalia Mutesi was badly injured with a gunshot at Jinja Regional Referral Hospital. A bullet from police officer found her during a protest by residents over the awkward state of Amber Court-Mbulamuti road.

Jalia Mutesi, who resides in Buwenda village was in the afternoon on Monday shot by the Uganda police, who were trying to stop people from protesting over the Weekend on Saturday.

However, to highlight you more about the scenario, Mutesi was moving towards Amber court market using motorcycle means, and later she was seduced by protesters to walk knowing less that she will be hit with bullet hit in the right hip.

It was yesterday when Police decided to quit teargas and resorted to live bullets in order to disperse the protesters, who had piled stones, lighted fire smokes while blocking transport means.
