R Kelly Unable To Raise Bail Money

The African-American R&B artiste, R Kelly failed to pay over Shs360,000,000 ( $100,000 ) bail on Saturday and spent the 2^nd night in prison.

On Sunday, R Kelly’s defence counsel, Mr Greenberg Steve told Associated press reporters that the singer is too broke to make his bail payment of $100,000 which is just 10% of his $1 million bond.

His defence counsel added that R Kelly may not be able to make bail payment until Monday or Tuesday.

On Saturday, the judge magistrate set the singer’s total bond for four cases at $1 million, $250,000 to be paid for each sex abuse case against him.

Nevertheless, R&B singer was ordered to submit his passport and never again to contact anybody below 18 years on social media.
