Uganda’s legendary singer, Daniel Kazibwe commonly known as Ragga Dee yesterday morning the 15th of March, showed up at City Hall Court in Kampala to answer a court case which was filed against him. But unfortunately, for the first time the judges never appeared.

However, you should remember that the City Hall Court Grade One Magistrate Patrick Talisuna summoned Ragga Dee plus his female manager, Ritah Nancy at the Kololo based Big Mikes Bar.
The reason being that they caused a lot of commotion and unnecessary noise pollution by playing loud music beyond restricted levels.
Therefore, the “Ndigida” singer decided to bow down before Court summon and to answer charges on Friday, about failure to regulate noise at his Big Mikes Bar.
Prosecutors said that Ragga Dee and Ritah Nancy on February 28th 2019 at Kololo Central division in Kampala did triggered a lot of noise from their loud speakers beyond national permissible levels.
