Various singers such as Spice Diana, Sheebah Karungi, Juliana Kanyomozi, B2C, Azawi, Vinka among others have all drummed support for the Kukaliba singer.
Either she reposted their drops or commented on their posts with appreciation texts. However, the same wasn’t done for Carol Nantongo and this has become a topic of discussion.
Apparently, Nantongo did a drop singing one of Rema’s songs. She then called upon fans to come and support Mama Aamal.
Rema neither reposted this drop nor did she text back but rather dropped ‘prayer’ emojis showing her ‘appreciation.’ Well, fans feel that she could have done enough because she reposted other drops that came in at the same exact time. Theories have already made rounds on what the problem could be.
It should be noted that the Oliwa singer has modeled her entire career on Rema. Her music, dressing and almost everything she does seems to be inspired by Mama Aamal. Some fans feel that this therefore could be the source of the animosity between the two talented singers.
Where it all started.
A while ago, a one DJ Vee who is purportedly Rema’s cousin tore through Lydia Jazmine and Carol Nantongo. She said that the two singers were involved with Eddy Kenzo intimately.
She called Carol a Rema wannabe. However, Rema and Jazmine have proved that there is no bad blood between them.
The Masukka singer drummed support for Mama Aamal and the Tonyt singer did the same as Lydia’s concert is next week. This, therefore, has left Nantongo in the thicket of scandals with Eddy Kenzo.
