Remembering Saad Shots: Honoring Legacy Of Talented Photographer

The family of the late Saad Shots, also known as Saad Byakuleka, has shared details of his funeral arrangements, shedding light on the final farewell plans for the esteemed photographer who made significant contributions to Uganda’s entertainment, wildlife, and sports scenes.

Tragically, Saad Shots met his untimely demise on Friday, April 18, 2025, following a fatal motorcycle accident on Entebbe road, as confirmed by Uganda Police Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire.

The accident resulted in his immediate passing, alongside another motorcyclist.

The news of Saad Shots’ sudden departure has sent shockwaves through the online community, as well as among his family and close friends, who are collectively grieving the loss of the talented photographer and the impact of his unexpected death.

Saad Shots’ body is scheduled to depart from the mortuary today, Saturday, April 19th, at 9:00 AM en route to Kazo.

His final resting place will be in Kiruhura District, Kazo-Kitongore, with the burial ceremony set to take place on Sunday, April 20th, at 12:00 PM. May his soul find eternal peace as we remember and celebrate the life of Saad.
