Roberto Firmino The Brazilian Midfielder Completes Transfer To Liverpool

The 23-year-old midfielder Roberto has completed his move to Liverpool at £29 million and has become the second most expensive player in history of Liverpool, after they spent £35 million on Andy Carroll in January 2011 who is the most expensive player in the Liverpool history, according to Sky Sports.

Roberto was also a target for Manchester united but Liverpool made a higher bid than them and becomes the fifth signing of Liverpool this summer.

The midfielder is from Hoffenheim which team he joined in 2011 and had 140 appearances with 35 goals, he also joined the main team of Brazil last year and has 9 appearances with 4 goals including the one he scored against Venezuela over their win victory of 2-1 in Copa America when he stepped in for his captain Neymer that was under suspension during the tournament.
