Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 6 People In New Lawsuits

Fresh lawsuits filed on Monday have brought to light disturbing allegations of rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. These latest accusations, spanning over a significant period from 1995 to 2021, have emerged through the filing of at least six lawsuits in New York federal court.

The plaintiffs include two women and four men, who assert that some of the alleged incidents occurred during Mr. Combs’ lavish parties, frequented by high-profile celebrities and music industry icons.

One of the accusers, who was a mere 16 years old at the time, recounts a troubling experience at a party hosted by Mr. Combs in the Hamptons back in 1998.

Enthralled by the exclusive nature of the gathering, the accuser found himself engaged in a private conversation with Mr. Combs, during which he claims he was abruptly instructed to undress.

The lawsuit includes a photo from the event, with the teenager’s identity concealed, depicting a moment that the accuser describes as a twisted “rite of passage” towards potential stardom.

In a parallel lawsuit filed on the same day, a woman alleges that Mr. Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004 when she was a 19-year-old college student.

According to the lawsuit, the woman encountered the music magnate at a photoshoot, which eventually led to an invitation to a private party at his hotel.

Despite her repeated pleas to stop, the lawsuit claims that Mr. Combs proceeded to assault her. This harrowing account adds to the mounting legal challenges confronting Mr. Combs, with over 100 individuals represented by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee gearing up to take legal action against the rapper for sexual assault, rape, and exploitation.

Commitment to seeking justice

Mr. Buzbee, the legal representative for the accusers, highlighted that some of the victims are minors, and the lawsuits are being pursued under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.

With additional cases on the horizon, Mr. Buzbee’s statement emphasizes the unwavering commitment to pursuing justice through legal channels.

These legal proceedings mark a significant escalation in the legal troubles facing Mr. Combs, who is grappling with both civil and criminal charges, including federal criminal allegations of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, following his arrest in September, Mr. Sean has been denied bail due to concerns about flight risk.

A trial, tentatively scheduled for May 5, 2025, looms on the horizon, underscoring the protracted legal battle ahead for Mr. Combs.

Despite his steadfast denial of all allegations leveled against him, the unfolding legal saga surrounding Mr. Combs continues to captivate public attention, with his legal team persisting in challenging the terms of his detention.
