SFC Army Schools Applauded For Performance In Last Year’s PLE

SFC Army Schools Applauded For Performance In Last Year’s PLE

Brig Charity Bainababo, the Deputy Commander of the Special Forces Command (SFC ), has congratulated the performance of army schools in PLE.  Apparently, three SFC Army schools managed to attain 38 first grades and 98 second grades.

These in particular are Kololo Summit View Army Primary School, Marine Base Army Primary School and Nsamizi Army Primary School.

The army held a ceremony in Entebbe at the SFC headquarters to recognize these outstanding pupils. Speaking at the ceremony, Brig Bainababo said these results are worth celebrating.

“Teaching is a noble profession where a pupil or student’s character and calibre is shaped. Teaching is not only a job but a service to the nation. The development of human resource starts from this point because it makes an impact on people’s lives for eternity, ” Brig Bainababo said.

She congratulated both the teachers and students for their undying efforts put in to ensure this wonderful result in the exams. She also thanked the Ministry of Education for supporting education efforts in army schools.

The deputy SFC commander further asked the students to maintain their focus going ahead.  In the same spirit, she advised to avoid bad characters who can entice them into immoral acts like drug abuse.

Kololo Summit View Army Primary School headmistress, Edith Bonabana represented the other two head teachers.

She thanked the government and the SFC administration in particular for the support given to educate the students. She also thanked the soldier parents for always bringing their children in time to school.
