It should be recalled that the Nakyuka singer is a senior 2 drop out. However, she’s so glad that this opportunity has fallen her away. And she’s ready to teach the lessons to these University students that real life has taught her.
Sheebah said that most learners have to learn some of the ethics of the real world such as employment. She will also teach them sustainability, resilience among other things.
Apparently, the singer landed this opportunity when she had gone to thank the University hierarchy for supporting her concert.
While interacting with the University’s Vice Chancellor, Dr Lawrence Muganga, he inquired about her education. She informed him that she was a senior 2 drop out, a thing that really impressed him.
He said that the reason they appointed her is because she’s true to herself. Therefore, such people always have something extraordinary to add to their learners.
Meanwhile the singer also said that she knows the tasks that lie ahead of her such as criticism. The former TNS singer said that for a long time, she has been undermined by Ugandans.
They told her she couldn’t sing and was good at dancing. She most times just ignores them and concentrates on her craft. She has been on top of the game for quite a while. Criticism is therefore a thing that can’t worry her.
When they asked where she’s learned all these life-changing lessons, yet she’s not even married, the singer said that she’s doesn’t need to. All one needs to do is observe and learn from those going through the same situation.
The self-styled queen karma also downplayed the possibility of going back to school. The singer said that she’s not looking to join politics. And she’s already someone where she is now.
