Socialite and media personality, Sheilah Gashumba has taken to her social media to call out what she has termed unprofessional conduct from global airline company, Emirates Airlines.
This is after they delayed delivering her luggage and even after doing so, delivered it to the wrong destination.
Two weeks ago, Sheilah announced that the airline had failed to load her luggage on her flight from Dubai to New York.
However much it was frustrating for her, she talked to them and they promised to handle her issue urgently. However, she left the US without her luggage.
“It’s a week now and @emirates hasnt yet delivered my suitcases to the US. No luggage was loaded on the flight from Dubai to New York!! This is very frustrating considering the suitcases have some valuables,” she said at the moment.
Well two weeks after parting with her luggage due to the Airline’s inefficiency, Sheilah is yet to get it. She has now revealed that this luggage had been delivered to New York. However, she’s no longer in the US and is already in Uganda.
She couldn’t contain her disappointment in the Airlines which is one of the leading service providers in the entire world.
“Not @EmiratesSupport @emirates delivering my suitcases to New York after two weeks when I’ve left the US and after communicating to them a million times to send them back to Uganda since last week! I don’t even have the right words for this airline right now!.”
The Airlines meanwhile reached out and revealed that they regret the situation. They also did provide ways to reach out to them for further assistance.
