Sheilah Gashumba added that it’s only in Uganda where one orders food and it comes in bits instead of what you expect.
“It’s only in Uganda where you order Beef pilao and the pilao will have one piece of meat,” she tweeted.
Surely her disappointment has been felt by at least everyone who has ever used online platforms to order for food.
Most of these don’t have the services that they actually advertise or even when they do, the delivery will always have faults.
This is a sentiment that was re-echoed by most of her followers saying that this is a fact.
“At least u saw that one piece, others put beef flavors only to find out the meat is in the rice grains,” one user said.
“Can u imagine maybe the chef had to first chew some,” another said.
They even cross-check to make sure that’s it’s one piece of meat. Don’t joke with Ugandans,” another one said.
“Wanted to complain about this one day but thaxs.”
Others added that it’s actually not meat alone but also other things bought online. The actual material delivered is way more different and disappointing than the one they deliver.
