This followed audio files and social media posts announcing the Kifansalira singer added. Haruna came out to reassure his fans that he’s still much alive.
The singer said that people should stop taking other people’s lives for granted by spreading fake news.
According to the singer, he has family, friends and fans who have been hurt by these fake rumors. Besides, these rumors also affect him psychologically.
The death rumors were sparked by the death of Hajji Haruna of Ham Sounds. According to Haruna, he’s way too mature to hold such stunts to stay relevant because he made his name years ago.
“I’m too mature to make stunts such as those of faking my own death. I made my name a long time ago and I’m still feeding on it. Those people spreading fake rumors of my death should know that I have a family, children, friends and fans who have been heartbroken by these fake news. Some had even started sending condolences while others collapsed. I don’t deny that I will die but I’m still alive now. The problem started after the death of Hajj Haruna of Ham Sounds and these bloggers used a picture of Maureen Nantume crying. They should stop it because they affect many people just in chase for likes,” Hajj Haruna Mubiru said.
And oh relax if you are one of the bloggers that spread the fake news. The singer won’t hunt you down like someone who hunted those that spread news about his death.
The Cream Production boss doesn’t have the means. He however said that he can only advise such bloggers to stop such behavior.
