Singer Leilah Kayondo Accused Of Stealing A Car

Ugandan female musician Leilah Kayondo has been accused by the late Ssendawula Junior’s wife Nassuna Neyima for robbing her late husband’s vehicle.

Nassuna recently filed a case against the ‘Nyumirwa’ Hit maker at Kabalagala Police Station.

Nassuna revealed that the singer was having an affair with her late husband and when he died, they were informed that Leila was owning one of his vehicles.

They tried to reach out to Leila as a family but she refused to give it back.

Ssendawula’s widow also claimed that Leilah Kayondo tried to change the logbook for the car, but she wasn’t successful simply because the vehicle was in her (Neyima’s) names.

As much as she did whatever she can to repossess the car from the musician and handed over to Kabalagala Police Station, the car was not available by the time she went back to check on it.

According to Police Spokesperson Mr Onyango Patrick, the government prosecutor instructed Kabalagala police to handover the car to Leilah.

However, the singer denied the claims.
