Singh Katongole Surrenders His MP Interest

Former deputy NRM treasurer Singh Katongole has surrendered his parliamentary interest to lands minister Beti Kamya.

The die hard NRM big wig says he wants to concentrate on serving the party, mobilizing and promoting the president and party ideologies.

“As NRM leader I prefer to serve my party well and help the party achieve it’s mission and vision. I am surrendering my parliamentary interest to concentrate on serving the party achieve it’s goals,”Katongole said.

He made the revelation yesterday while meeting Kampala area Councillors. Singh Katongole who is contesting for vice chairman for NRM Kampala region pledged to work with the president to ensure that NRM party house is completed.

“Am standing for position of vice chairman NRM Kampala region to enable me serve my party well and complete my mission of building NRM party house. Duting my two terms as deputy secretary general I managed to secure NRM party land tittle and I want to complete the plans,”he said.
