The long time city socialite and big money spender Alim Charles aka Sipapa is under total pressure after being surrounded by the Uganda police at his home for double penalty crimes he committed.

The money ownee Sipapa and the boss in Sipapa entertainment is said to have failed settling his rent issues for a period 3 good months. Besides being charged over failing to clear his rent, he was also arrested for fighting a professional TV journalist who was trying to capture the incident through recording.

Sipapa was among Kampala’s most renown people with a lot money, but this shown how broke he is at this point. As i say this, the socialite is apparently held and arrested at Kiira Police station for beating a journalist by the names of Alex Bongole, who’s one of the Spark TV Journalists. This journalist was trying to capture what was going on at the scene around Sipapa’s home.

We are not very sure about this story, but through research, this ain’t the first time for Sipapa to be put in jail with some related crimes like if you remember on the 8th of May this year were he was arrested of causing traffic and chaos in Kampala.

Additionally, the husband to Serena Bata also worsened the situation on 19th of July after causing public nuisance with the help of his violent vehicles around Kisekka Market in Town. He was also arrested from there, after receiving too much complaints from the people who were affected by his violence in town on that day.
