Hajjat Faridah Stecia Mayanja recently shared a candid account of a tense encounter with singer Carol Nantongo. This incident unfolded when Stecia, before embarking on a pilgrimage to the sacred Kaaba in Mecca, sought to mend fences with those she may have wronged in the past.
During an event where both artists were slated to perform, Stecia seized the opportunity to approach Carol Nantongo backstage.
Despite her attempts to extend an olive branch and engage in a civil conversation, Nantongo remained unreceptive. The situation took a troubling turn when Nantongo forcibly rebuffed Stecia’s gestures, sparking a backstage commotion.
Calm after storm
Fortunately, swift intervention from bystanders prevented the altercation from escalating further. Stecia managed to convey her apology to Nantongo before gracefully exiting the scene to fulfill her performance commitments.
Rumors suggest that the discord between the two artists deepened when Stecia generously shared her clothing with emerging talents from Eagles Production.
Allegations surfaced that Nantongo, in a fit of anger, set fire to the garments, alleging occult practices aimed at sabotaging the newcomers’ musical aspirations.
In other story previously published by NEWSLEXPOINT.com, former Eddy Kenzo’s baby mama Rema Namakula previously on her concert reacted in a very sensitive way to her fellow musician Chris Evans, who was almost slapped on stage over failing to shut his mouth on unnecessary issues.
What started as a joke turned out to serious as the ‘Linda‘ Hit maker and Rema began to crash over each-other.
