Earlier this afternoon, a bus caught fire and burned in Mpigi district, on the Kampala-Mbarara highway. The bus that burned was under registration number UAU 926U, belonging to the Gateway Bus Company. Apparently, the bus was on its way to Kabale in western Uganda at the time of the incident.
