Police Launches Man-hunt Over Teacher Who Beat Student To Death

A teacher identified as Annet Namono is hunted by the Police in Mbale District over allegedly attempted murder of a student called Denis Wadeba, who didn’t complete his O level before he died.

However, Annet Namono on Monday punished the 18-year-old boy who was in senior 3 at Nyondo Secondary School located in Nyondo Sub-county for failing to complete his home homework.

While at St. Theresa Nyondo health centre III, Denis couldn’t live long following the intense pain he went through at school after being beaten by this teacher. Those that happened to rush him to hospital were his fellow classmates.

Robert Tukei the Elgon regional Police Spokesperson mentioned that the deceased’s body has been taken for postmortem but they are still waiting for more evidence.

He passed on as doctors struggled to revive him from coma. But according to sources, This teacher is already on the run and apparently, she’s badly wanted by Police.
