The Education Sector Is At The Brink Of Collapse – Bobi Wine

Former Presidential candidate, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has accused the government of neglecting the education sector. According to him, the education sector is at the brink of collapse because Museveni has diverted all investments to the military.

“This is what many Ugandan children will be returning to on Monday! As #DictatorMuseveni spends trillions on patronage and repressive military equipment, the education sector is on the brink of collapse. With many teachers taking to riding boda-boda & others leaving for kyeyo!”

Bobi Wine also said any serious government should prioritize the welfare of her people. Additionally, he stated that this is the reason NUP Manifesto prioritizes education and health care.

“Any serious government which cares for the welfare of its people must be willing to invest public resources in THE PEOPLE. That’s why the NUP Manifesto prioritizes Education and health care! The illegitimate regime of Museveni prioritizes regime perpetration and nothing else.”

Some of his supporters meanwhile say they don’t want words right now. However, what they need is only. Lately, Bobi Wine has been condemning the actions of the current regime on social media but with no tangible resolution.

“The problem is that everyone is becoming an activist and at the same time political analyst.
All that you share on social media is known by many. All we need is action. We are tired of our leaders resorting to social media posting for comments,” a one Mugume Robert said.
