The Ugandan Embassy in UAE revealed that the Ugandan delegation is attending the meeting that ends tomorrow, May 10th.
The meeting is being held under the theme “The Investment Paradigm Shift: Future Investment Opportunities to Foster Sustainable Economic Growth, Diversity, and Prosperity”.
Ambassador Zaake Kibedi is leading the delegation made up of various stakeholders. Some of them are Uganda Investment Authority, Uganda Export Promotions Board, Uganda Free Zone Authority and Uganda Wildlife Authority.
The various stakeholders are participating in the 12th edition of the AIM to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
They also hope to attract technology transfer and promote the country’s exports and tourism as well.
Decision makers, investors, experts, and academic figures from all over the world were attracted by the meeting. They gathered to discuss the shift in the global investment landscape which is an International Investment Platform.
AIM is an international platform for investors globally and more than 170 countries are participating in the meeting and exhibition.
This is also an initiative of the AIM Foundation, an independent international organization.
It is also fully focused on empowering the economy of the world through boosting effective promotion strategies. It also looks to facilitate opportunities for economic productivity and expansion.
