The friendly match between Uganda Vs Cameroon in Tunis, Tunisia ended in a 1-all draw yesterday. The Cranes and the Lions of Cameroon played this game as a test for the upcoming African Nations Championship. The games are starting next week in Algeria.
Cranes’ midfielder Moses Waiswa came from the bench to put the ball behind the net and level the Uganda Vs Cameroon game in a curly free kick.
Uganda came from a goal down to level matters after trailing in the first 45 minutes of the game. Cameroon had taken the lead in the 40th minute through Kemaju Debali.
This is the second game for the Cranes as they get ready for Chan. The first game was with Sudan and it ended in a 2-2 draw.
The next game will take place on Sunday between the Cranes and Mali who are also preparing for the African Nations tournament.
The squad has not been named yet but it is expected to be announced very soon to make proper and early preparations for the tournament.
