This is what Dr Kiiza Besigye told media this after noon while at his home in Kasangati.

“ The Ugandan presidential election of 2016 is not yet over, I therefore call for independent audit of results and I demand for an International election audit, I reject the out-come of the election, I want to assemble evidence and I will be going to the Electoral Commission very early in the morning  tomorrow to demand a copy of what they published.

He continued and said “ he will not corporate with this regime. I therefore say that our people must remain firm and if the government continues to restrict me, I will call upon all my supporters to protest against this, this matter MUST be resolved once and for all.”

The government thinks that if the FDC party leader is just left alone, he will definitely call upon his supporters to protest on the streets within kampala city and therefore, causing chaos and loss of people’s businesses, so the government is doing this to avoid the out-come which they think might be so dengerous.

Besigye’s supporters those within the country and out-side are very annoyed with what the government is  doing to restrict Besigye’s movements in Kampala. The opposition leader himself said that he is not ready to go to the bush to fight Museveni but he is ready to fight him through law and justice.
