Mr Muhammadu made an appeal during an interview with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
He said that he wrote a letter to Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ban such desperate Nigerians from coming to Saudi Arabia simply because they are suffering.

I also advise unemployed Nigerians to try their best to do something back home in Nigeria instead of wasting their time traveling all the way to Saudi Arabia because things are not easy.
He added that the embassy was also worried about the greater number of women working as domestic workers who are being abused and some shameless Nigerians involved in drug trafficking as several of them are to face death penalties for related offences.

Many unemployed Nigerians traveled to Saudi Arabia long time ago, even their visas expired, but they refused to return back home and as we speak, they became drug dealers and others involved in other shady businesses, according to Premium times ng.
