URA head coach, Alex Isabirye, is urging his team to deliver a swift reaction as they prepare to face Maroons at Nakivubo under the floodlights this Saturday.
Following a 2-0 loss to Vipers in their second-round opener, URA finds themselves in 5th place with 24 points and is determined to secure a victory in the upcoming match.
Despite missing key players Hudu Mulikyi and Joshua Lubwama due to suspension, URA head coach is confident in the team’s depth and ability to overcome the obstacles.
Maroons brace for tough battle away
On the other side, Maroons, who let slip a lead in a 1-1 draw with Soltilo Bright Stars, are gearing up for a challenging away fixture against URA, with player Muhammad Ssenfuma acknowledging the strength of their opponent.
Recalling their previous encounter where Maroons emerged victorious, both teams are aware of each other’s capabilities, setting the stage for an intense battle on the field.
Apart from the URA vs. Maroons clash, fans can also look forward to other thrilling fixtures, including traditional rivals SC Villa and Express facing off at Luzira, and a lineup of exciting matches scheduled for Sunday and Monday.
